The hotel has nice staff and a generally pleasant ambiance. However, the cleanliness was lacking, with bugs and a poor response to issues. There were also disturbances at night from rowdy guests, making it hard to relax. A really mixed experience overall.

The staff really went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which made my trip enjoyable.

I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to Gainesville's Steam Locomotive, just a short 500-meter stroll away, and the beautiful Linwood Nature Preserve, perfect for peaceful walks in nature, was only about 4.5 km from the hotel. it was nice to have such great options nearby to explore and unwind after a busy day of strolling around the city.

Great place for a family stay!

Loved our time here! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for the kids. Ernest at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We felt safe and the nights were quiet, which was a big plus. One thing though, there were a few folks wandering around during the day, but it didn't bother us much.
